Founded in January of 2000, the origin of Guangxi Xiangzhou HengTai Minerals industry Co,.Ltd. is Xiangzhou luobang Barite mine founed in 1995. The founder of the corporation is Qin Bingquan , who is the corporation’s chairman ＆general manager. He was praised by the biggest US barite provider-MI Corp. as “The world’s magnate of barite ”.
The corporation is located in No.2, Guangming Road, Xiangzhou Town, Xiangzhou County of Guangxi Province. The area has obvious geographical advantages, where secondary highway crosses Xiangzhou and Liuzhou River flows across the county . The traffic leads to Guizhou Province upwards and many port cities such as wuzhou, Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao. Both inland traffic and water traffic are perfectly convenient.

Since Mr. Qin Bingquan founded the corporation in 2000, the corporation’s operational scope has been gradually enlarged and the developmental pattern of comprehensive operation has basically formed. In the same year ,the corporation got the self-determinacy import ＆export operation right. Currently, on the base of mining barite, mainly manufacturing and selling barite products, the corporation gradually deals with some trades such as chemical industry, real estate,logistics service and tourism etc. The corporation founded Liuzhou Erhai Estate Development Co., Ltd. In june of 2002, Liuzhou jingguan Transportation Matorcade in 2004,successfully purchased two state-owned enterprises in 2005,i.e. “Guangxi Xiangzhou Gaohong Chemical Co., Ltd.”and “Xiangzhou Mining Co., Ltd.”, so as to form a comprehensive group corporation.
At present , the corporation has 20-odd mines in Xiangzhou, which takes up above 80% of the mines there. Meanwhile ,the corporation has two mine in Rongan County and Wuxuan County. The total reserves of barite mineral reachs 10-odd million tons. The corporation has the fixed assets valuing 200-oddmillion yuan, including grabs, forklifts , bulldozers, mine washers and 100-odd motorcars.
From 1995 to 2005, the accumulated export of barite reach more than four million tons 600-odd million yuan as industrial product and more than ＄60 million as foreign exchange was earned for the nation , because the quality of the mine products is perfect with high grade and products are sold both in domestic market and in many countries and regions such as America, Japan and Southeast Asia etc. The corporation pays more than 20million yuan for various taxes and fees.
In the process when the corporation regulates its management, stably develops itself and constantly strengthens its integral strength, the corporation is well recognized and praised by the society and relevant departments. The company has been awarded “the Contract and Promise Compliance Unit” for ten consecutive years, the company was consecutively awarded “Credible Taxpayer”, “One of the Top Ten Taxpayers”and “Advanced Township Enterprise for Export Profits All Over China”etc. In 2000, it was listed by Economic ＆Trade Office of the autonomous region as one of important supporting export enterprises.
